Gregg Hare

Gregg has been in education for 15 years and the last four years have been as the principal of Mountainside Middle School. Much of what Gregg does professionally lends itself to the role of HOA President. This includes managing budgets, long-term planning, working with others, dealing with conflict, etc. Gregg is married to Abby and they have two beautiful girls (Ellie and Charlie). They have been living in and loving Pine Ridge since January 2018.

Chris Florko
​
Chris (and wife Barrie) reserved property at Pine Ridge HOA back in 2015 and moved into their new home December 2017. Chris is a licensed CPA and is CFO/Controller at a local construction company. Having previously spent 15 years in public accounting working with construction companies, Chris also worked with not-for-profit companies including homeowners associations and is well-versed in their regulations and nuances.

Rob Crow

Rob (and wife Ruth) moved into the Pine Ridge HOA in 2020. Rob is a Data Analyst for Washington State ESD, previously co-owned a small manufacturing business and has been on several non-profit / government boards and commissions.
Treasurer
Jon Rowley
Jon has lived in his home in the Pine Ridge Community since March of 2018. He and his wife Bobbi have two beautiful girls, Aubrey and Brynne and one of the many golden doodles in the neighborhood, Willow. Jon is a dedicated husband, fun loving father and loyal friend to all. His welcoming personality makes him very approachable. He has his bachelor's degree in elementary education from the University of Idaho (GO VANDALS!), but has worked at Avista since college. His work ethic and desire to provide for his family has kept him at Avista for more than 16 years as he has worked his way through many positions, always striving for bigger and better. Jon loves golf, going to Priest Lake and the Green Bay Packers!
